Here is the new CV35 checkweigher from Mettler-Toledo which has an integrated vision system to inspect containers for things like bar codes, label data and missing caps. The infeed has multiple cameras, the second conveyor weighs the packages and the third conveyor has separate reject pushers for vision and weight rejects.

ABC Packaging had a large booth in the front row of the North Hall. They showcased their case erectors, case sealers and palletizing equipment.

The Enercon booth got a lot of traffic this year. They featured their "Touch" models which allow the operator to easily change over between muliple cap diameters.

Tom and Mike are standing in front of a "ProLine" filling system in the Filamatic booth. This is a relatively inexpensive filling line that can fill, cap and label bottles with high precision.

METTLER TOLEDO DEMO BUS 2021

In September, the METTLER TOLEDO Demo Bus returned to our area after a year off the road because of COVID. It displayed working Safeline xray and metal detectors, C I Vision inspection systems and Hi-Speed checkweighers. We were able to park the bus in front of manufacturing plants and have customers bring product from their production line out to be tested.
